SEAWEED BATH SOAK

Made from hand-harvested whole-leaf seaweed from the wild Atlantic coast, Truenue Seaweed Bath Soak offers a simple way to experience the longstanding tradition of seaweed bathing in your own bath.

Add the dried seaweed directly to warm water and watch as it gradually rehydrates, softens and returns towards its natural form. The seaweed's distinctive colour, texture and characteristic aroma are all part of an authentic seaweed bathing experience.

Nothing complicated. Just whole seaweed, warm water and time to unwind.

HOW TO USE

Add a generous handful of dried seaweed directly to a warm bath.

Allow the seaweed to rehydrate for 5–10 minutes, giving it time to soften in the water.

Gently move or squeeze the softened seaweed through the water before getting in.

Immerse yourself and soak for around 20 minutes or as desired, enjoying the distinctive feel and experience of a traditional seaweed bath.

After bathing, remove the seaweed from the water and dispose of it responsibly. Where appropriate, the used seaweed can be composted.
