Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Here’s what you need to know about shipping with us:

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
  • United Kingdom: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Republic of Ireland: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
    Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays.

 

​Shipping Costs
  • Free delivery on all orders over £25.

  • For orders under £25, standard shipping charges apply at checkout.

 

Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.

  • Customs & Duties: For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, any customs charges or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Truenue. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work.

 

Eligibility

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • It is returned with original packaging and tags.

  • You have a valid receipt or order number.

 

Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

 

How to Initiate a Return
  • Email info@truenue.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll send you a return authorisation and instructions.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges
  • Need a different size or item? Email us and we’ll assist with your exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
